ORDERS
How can I contact customer support?
Our customer service team is available via email. Please note that during times of high inquiry volume, response times may be longer. Be sure to check your spam folder in case you don’t see a reply.
How do I know if my order was successful?
Once your order is complete, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email. If you don’t receive it, please contact our customer support team.
Can I add items to an order I've already placed?
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to modify an existing order. If you’d like to purchase additional items, please place a new order.
What can I do if my size is sold out?
If your desired size is out of stock, you can register for restock notifications by clicking the “Not in Stock” button. You’ll receive an automatic notification via email or SMS when the item is available again.
When will I receive my invoice?
The invoice will be sent to you in a separate email once your order has shipped. If you don’t receive it, please contact our customer service.
Are items in my cart reserved?
Items in your shopping cart are not reserved. Your order is only confirmed once the checkout process is completed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can change or cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet. Please reach out to customer support as soon as possible.
SHIPPING
Can I track my shipment?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number and a link to the shipping provider’s website.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we do offer international shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary based on your location.
What if I received a damaged or faulty item?
We’re sorry to hear that. Please send photos and a description of the damage, along with your order number, to our customer support. We’ll take care of it as quickly as possible.
How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery time is 3–4 business days. Delays may occur during product launches or high-volume periods.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
How do I return an item?
You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Please only return unused items in their original packaging. Do not remove tags or damage the item. Returns must be shipped at your own expense and should be sent with tracking.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing.
Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order for the correct size or product.
What if my item is defective after 14 days?
If an item becomes defective after the 14-day return period, please contact customer support with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll review your case under the legal warranty terms.
I haven't received my refund after 14 days. What should I do?
If you haven’t received your refund after 14 business days, please contact customer support and include your order and customer number so we can assist you quickly.
